Guilty or Not Guilty

Guilty... since the accident I have lost fine motor skills in my dominant hand and can hardly hold a pen....

You've owned a high end car..like a Ferrari, Maserati, Lotus - et al

Guilty. When our 3 children were pretty young but no longer babies and we needed a bigger car, we bought a Cadillac from a guy my DH knew at work. The car was immediately dubbed the Batmobile by my kids, as it was long, black, and had those huge fins that were popular in the 60's. It cost us all of $50. There was a non-working air conditioning box taking up a lot of the foot room on the passenger side. But the car ran, and in spite of our kids' embarrassment and amusement, it ran for about a year, and served as a pretty decent second car.

Our kids still joke about that car. It became a family legend. High end? Well, not exactly, cosidering the price. But it was a Cadillac, after all. 😄

You have owned a convertible.

False

(We don't have attended pumps in this state either. In the U.S. it varies state by state.)

You watch TV mainly in the evening.

Quasi-guilty. I drink coffee steadily from about 6 AM to 11 AM or noon, then move on to water or club soda for the rest of the day. I drink roughly 48 oz of coffee per day, about 6 oz regular, the rest decaf. I love coffee but my body can't deal with a lot of caffeine.

You use protective "skins" for your computer and laptop keyboards.

The local paper about news in this senior community comes out every two weeks. I write a column in every issue. I usually read the entire paper cover to cover.

But the only other paper I get is the New York Times. I read it online every day. Obviously, I pick and choose; nobody could read the entire NY Times every day! My kids and I start each morning by playing those word games (Wordle, etc.) and one daughter and I play Words With Friends throughout the day.

You mostly get your TV news from a station whose POV agrees with yours.

No animals in my house at present. But when we had Sunny, she was usually taken to the vet for grooming.

You are more of a dog person than a cat person.

Not guilty. Had both and I liked them equally.

You dress up for Halloween.
