Happy Birthday Sir David Attenborough 100 years old

I frequently watch his nature shows on BBC America, usually aired on Saturdays here. His brother, Richard, was relatively long-lived, too passing at age 90 in 2014.

yep and he was good an actor as David is a natural historian, conservationist, and writer

Sue..I was watching Planet Earth 2 last night... it's fascinating..they've improved on all the camera work if you can believe it needed improving.. and the close ups of the animals are just as if you were standing right next to them. Last night was about Dolphins in a jungle river.. can you even believe that?.. It was fantastic...

btw @moviequeen1 did you know that David lives in the same area as your sister ?

HI Holly Dolly, Weds night on our local PBS station ,I was watching documentary called "Life On Earthavid Attenborough's Greatest Adventures" found it fascinating how he started,all the people involved with making those Planet Earth series I usually watch on BBC Amercia
Interesting to learn where he lives,thanks for that Sue

I am a long time admirer of David Attenborough. Men like him, kind and caring, as well as intelligent and creative, are living examples of what humanity could, and should be.
