As soon as I saw this dog, I thought of your dog because they looked so similar.
I tried to get a good facial shot but he was too distracted by all the other dogs and wasn’t letting that big dog get any closer.
The tail did however go straight up and start wagging once the butt sniffing was over. :laugh:

It was nice that everything was done when we went back but there wasn’t much to do anyway.
Thats the main reason we brought the food up in Pyrex containers. The plates got chucked away and the dishes got brought back home to our house. The only thing left was silverware and wine glasses. My SIL brought up the wine glasses and two bottles of wine . It’s not that my parents don’t have wine glasses or nice dishes. The dishwasher they have is about 20 years old and needs new parts in order to work properly but it’s old and isn’t worth repairing but my parents are what you’d call excessively frugal which is their prerogative. The only problem is that it doesn’t wash very effectively. My father’s ocd gets in the way of his common sense. Preparing food at home and using paper plates that were microwaveable was the perfect solution. The entire day went without a hitch. You can’t ask for better. :grin:
