Are y'all doing the same kinds of things that we do in the US? That is, gather together with friends and family and eat. And eat. And then spend next week eating leftovers and cleaning up.
We have already celebrated with daughter and family yesterday (no turkey). I am having turkey dinner today with nephew coming. Turkey (this year is smaller as it is only 12lb (5.5 kg). Mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, corn or peas, butternut squash, cranberry, and last but not least pumpkin pie with whipping cream.
@IrisSenior What time should I be there? Our Thanksgiving isn't until November 27, and I'm hungry for turkey now. Besides, my people are from Canada, so I really should celebrate...
Did a turkey/ham dinner at my kids / grandkids yesterday.
Will have another tomorrow at home with some of my wife's friends (couple of seniors who have no family)
