HAPPY THANKSGIVING
I come from a big family. My Mom had 9 brothers and sisters. We'd all congregate at one of my aunts homes. At one point there 30-40 of us. And you know what I remember? At every Thanksgiving dinner, something went wrong. One year, my mom got up at 3:30 AM to put the bird in the oven, but forgot to turn the oven on. And after we all ate, someone would find a big bowl of something we forgot to serve. There was always some goof that made dinner memorable.
