Chiropractors vary a lot. The last one I saw was amazing. The fellow before him was terrible. How did it go? Did it take long to make progress?
Unlike Rx med. just one session is not enough to determine whether Chiropractor is helping or not.I went to one chiropractor session on Thursday. I still have plenty of pain. I'm wondering if I should go again.
I got a grin out of this!He lowered his voice and told me to find a good chiropractor which I did.
Be sure and let the Doctor know when you return. You'll probably be asked more questions about the pain. (Where? Intensity? Duration? Etc.) The Doc can treat you better with good feedback.I went to one chiropractor session on Thursday. I still have plenty of pain. I'm wondering if I should go again.
At the chiropractor I went to, he aligned my back and neck and afterward, going home I could see better. I was told it was a muscle in my neck that he adjusted and that caused the eyes to see better at that time. I am not sure what caused it but I could read better that day.
I agree about 2 more sessions. He is a very nice man. Not bad looking either.Unlike Rx med. just one session is not enough to determine whether Chiropractor is helping or not.
If I were you, I'd try two more sessions. If the pain is persistent, I'd go to the other route.
Any gravely pain, it's so much work. That's sure to say through my personal experience.
btw, Chiropractor for pinched nerve many years ago corrected after more than 8 weeks' sessions, twice weekly.
The other forum several years ago, I read one person with back problem went to ChiropractorThe thing I really disliked about them is they're looking for a long term commitment out of you, two appointments a week for the rest of your life. (OK, I exaggated but ernot by much)
As someone earlier mentioned don't let them touch you if you haven't had an x-ray or MRI, chiropractors can cause injury.
