So many shows/movies I watch have people being sick with the advent of bad news.

Movies & T V shows that show the reaction of screaming or puking over something tragic seems a little over the top to me. Fortunately I've not had to witness the kind of events they portray in movies or on T V.So many shows/movies I watch have people being sick with the advent of bad news.

Same here when my daughter died.Yes, when my Son died. I still get sick when I think about it.

Same here. Since the day i was born (born into disfunctional family, can't imagine what it'd be like to not be at least worried all the time).Yes. I get physically upset. I will spare the details.
Same here.My long-life reaction to very bad news is that I get intense immediate
anxiety, then further physical symptoms arise that are difficult. I don't
like bad news, but have had a lifetime full of it in one way or another.
