Yes, and I've always seen this as a loved one who has passed reaching out to let me know that they're ok.

My dreams have always involved people I have known in life. As I get older and they die off in the real world they don't in my dreams. Not usually anything remarkable or special, its just the same as when they were living.

I have exactly the same sort of dreams.
