I wouldn't risk it for their sake as well as my own. We have so many other ways to communicate these days.

Me and my girlfriend has nobody to visit before all this happen. Everybody has died or moved away. We go to Sam's warehouse when there is few people inside in the middle of the week. I wear a mask when going in my local Sam's or Dollar General store. When we go to the doctor we wear a mask just like they wear one.

Then waiting a few more weeks shouldn't matter. Talk on the phone.

The last time was about 4-5 days ago, when I met a friend outdoors for a walk. We stayed about 6 feet apart. So far, no cases that I know of, in my senior community. In general, everybody is staying hunkered down.

The online social media such as zoom.com and Facetime are almost as good as meeting in person. With Zoom, my family is meeting twice a week for "happy hours," all of my children and grandkids (and significant others) invited to attend. We've had two of them and found them great.
