Do you find that certain foods are now on your No No List because of health related risks or do you eat the same as you always did?
For me anything too spicy gives me heartburn and I have kind of tried to switch up sweets with fruit, don't always work, big hunk of chocolate cake yesterday.
And there seems to be a new diet out every week, anyone following one?
