Having bad Neuropathy in my feet.

Are you diabetic? If so, type 1 or type 2?

As a type 2, I have problems like that also. It seems to get a bit worse every year. When it gets worse, I cut way back on eating any carbs and make sure I take my meds as prescribed (I am not really a very good about doing what I should do). Within a few days, they get much better. If this does not work for you, time to see your doctor. letting this go could cost you some toes or even a foot...

Good Luck

Sorry to hear this. I have neuropathy also. The pain is 24/7 and I manage it with assorted meds, and supplements. I am currently taking Magnesium Glycinate 200mg 4 times a day, D3, B12, and R-ALA. For pain...Gabapentin 1200mg a day. Talk to your primary right away to start controlling it's progression and pain. Good Luck!!

I have some neuropathy in my feet, also. I've been diabetic for 13 years. When I get it, I've had some relief by putting my feet in cold water for a few minutes, then heavy massaging. I think the cold water "fools" the nerves & stops the tingling & pain.
I only use insulin; no oral meds. I read that some neuropathy is caused by poor absorption of Vitamin B12 & diabetes medications interfere with absorption of that vitamin. The symptoms of lack of B12 are tingling & pain in the hands & feet.
