I keep it at 72 F/22C all the time. But I wear a sweater during the day.

BTW Harry Le Hermit, how do you make the "O" degree sign? Anybody know how to make a ''cents' sign?

I just use the little asterick above the #8.

For the cents ..I use c.

Works for me.

I am one of those old people that feels the cold (88). I keep it set at 76 in the winter.

About 70 during the day, 64 at night and the window is open.
