Reminded me of a case on Judge Judy. A guy got drunk, walked into someone else's house at around 3:00am, took off all his clothes & fell asleep on a sofa. A family lived there - parents & young teenage girls. One of the girls walked into the kitchen & screamed when she saw the guy. Everyone woke up & the father beat up the guy so bad he was hospitalized.
He sued the father for his medical bills & pain & suffering. He lost.
When the judge made her ruling, the guy acted surprised - like it was unfair.
The judge asked the bailiff, "What would you do if you found a naked man near your 13-year-old daughter?"
He replied, "Oh, he don't wanna know."
