I mean, i haven`t actually JUST joined...have been sneaking around on and off for the past two, or three weeks. But, never quite staying long enough to give more than a quick, cursory greeting. But, tonight, for some strange reason, i feel more communicative. Must be a good sign...!!:cool:
 

Hi there Smidgee. :) Australia huh? That's awesome. I'm located in the states (California) but watched Australian Big Brother (before they cancelled it. :mad:) That is the most I know about your country. Hope to find out more in General Chat.

Hi, Smidgee. Interesting name. My own (helenbacque) is a play on words. Is yours one of those crazy Aussie abreviations? Australian English was confusing to me when I visited in the early 90s. Long words seemed to be chopped in half, short ones had added bits to draw it out.
