Hi Vita…everyone loves Ireland! Here's some music. Colin Ferrell did the second song (the one with the orange tree photo). He's a versatile artist. He did a good acting job in "Saving Mr. Banks". Good movie about Walt Disney and his vision for filming Mary Poppins. The author was not happy to have it animated, but there was a deeper theme on the side.

Hi Lon, most favourite dish...dish Nr.1 is Cepelinai. Cepelinai or didžkukuliai (singular: cepelinas) are a Lithuanian national dish. They are a type of dumpling made from grated and riced potatoes and usually stuffed with minced meat, although sometimes dry cottage cheese (curd) or mushrooms are used instead. So named because their shape resembles that of a Zeppelin airship, cepelinai are typically around 10–20 cm long, although the size depends on where they are made: in the western counties of Lithuania cepelinai are made bigger than in the east.

Nr.2 Šaltibarščiai - Saltibarsciai is traditionally made with Kefyras, which is kefir, rather than sour cream or buttermilk. You can find unflavored kefir in health food supermarkets like Whole Foods. A whole different taste, and the only way to make it! And yes, the natives serve it with a side of cold boiled potatoes sprinkled with a little bit of fresh or dried dill - sometimes a dollop of kefyras and a sprinkle of dill on the top of the soup. Kefir has live biocultures like yogurt which makes this quite a healthy soup.

Nr.3 - Balandeliai - A cabbage roll is a dish consisting of cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around a variety of fillings. It is common to the ethnic cuisines of the Balkans, Central, Northern, and Eastern Europe, as well as West Asia
