Hello from frigid Canada!

Hi Ruby Rose, sending you a Welcome from Ontario. I have often thought of moving to the Prairie Provinces but when I watch the weather network I rapidly change my mind brrrrr
 
Hi and welcome from southern Vancouver Island Ruby Rose. No snow here. 😈 My mother was a stubble jumper from Saskatchewan, she loved the prairies.

Thank you for the welcome! I feel a tad isolated at this time as have been strongly advised not to go out because of our intense cold...in the -30s + wind which is expected to continue until next weekend. Waaaaaaaa from a housebound lady in her 80s!

You are most welcome. While I may not be in the same zone as you, I’m in Canada also and we have had some very cold weather lately; below -20 but it has been colder and I can definitely feel spring in the air. Already the days are getting longer and the suns rays are more intense. Some spring flower pictures I’ve taken from the past.
Another couple of months can actually fly by and before you know it, your spring bulbs will be popping up with added colour to brighten your day. Isn’t Mother Nature eternally inspiring?
Every day is different. Every season too.

Ruby Rose, sounds like you would think our current frigid Wisconsin weather is spring like😂🌹. Ahhhh Spring... can barely wait to get my hands in the warm earth again and start planting.
on the bright side, it’s a Leap Year, so we have one less day of winter! 😊. Can you get ost current pictures of your area? Would love to see ❤️

I will try and do that and throw in a cpl of horses but today is not the day as I have to stay in once more. They do say Spring is coming but I am not holding my breath.
