HELP !!.......I've got a ear worm.

Ever since yesterday evening I've had a ear worm in my head.

He keeps repeating these CCR lyrics over and over;

Well you wake up in the mornin', you hear the work bell ring.
They march you to the table, you see the same old thing.
Ain't no food upon the table, ain't no pork up in the pan.
But you better not complain boy, you'll get in trouble with the man.

Is there no cure ?......please help me I need a new ear worm.

How about Row, Row, Row, Your Boat. If we all have the same ear worm we will be starting the song at various times during the day from all over the world. I wonder how we would all end up? I remember that from grammar school. Each row of students started at a different time. I always got confused and never did it correctly.
