The reward for 40 years of smoking...
Breathe deep. It can improve.
A woman from our church, a smoker like you, was in a bad way, needing oxygen most of the day and had a mobile unit to allow her out of the home. That was several years ago and she uses it much less now and drives herself around. She has rejoined the outside world.
Don't despair, don't give up. The world is a better place with you in it.
I can almost relate..The reward for 40 years of smoking...

MY Mom and dad both died in their 90's and were smokers for years. Their longevity was my rationality for smoking from age 20 to age 55. I got on a fitness kick and just decided to quit. I was lucky That I never developed lung cancer, instead I got non related to smoking PROSTATE CANCER.
