From Maud Muller, John Greenleaf Whittier: “Of all sad words of tongue or pen, the saddest are these, 'It might have been.”
Blunderwoman! Pay attention! Go fishing!
It won't be on my tombstone. I'll be a crispy critter residing in an urn with my husband's ashes.
As a confirmed non-believer: "I'll never do that again!".
Except I'm not going to have a tombstone or leave any way for people to find my remains. No visitors please.
When I'm out of here, I'm out'a here!
Ken you sound like my husband re: kid and grandkids.Kids don't visit now, what makes me think they will later ??
Me too, I'm at peace with the idea of nothing more, people not paying homage, no ode to dear ole me necessary. Those kinds of thoughts have long left my minds idea of being of any importance in this or after I'm gone. I know who I loves care for and as does the same for me now and that's good enough.
Kids don't visit now, what makes me think they will later ??
