Hey, how's it going today for you? It's 2023. An alternate thread for different people.

Supernatural, it's so awful when things frustrate us. I can identify although I don't know about radiator keys and the Gas Box key there are other things that frustrate me. I hope you feel better soon. 🤗 I like what your Papa used to say. It's especially good to write it all down here because at some point those of us in this support group will respond to you.:)

I looked at the water heater in the closet in the garage where I discovered water is leaking. I don't think it's from the heater, it looks like it's coming from a pipe. I'll have to find a plumber and I might have a long wait but I guess it's not drastic since there is a drain on the floor. It seems like it's hard to get an appointment for anything right now. So many people have moved here but not enough of them are working.

Ever since the pandemic now, everything went from fast pace to slower than treacle. They're either catching up on all the work schedules that built up during the no work times or new situations are arising and everyone's just overwhelmed with completing backed up work too. You'll get someone to help you out. Keep calling, you'll get through.

In my mind, unless it's just the Mandela effect, I knew we had radiator keys and the gas one but now that I want to fix things and get it done, just can't plain find it. One response this morning was... "We don't provide those..." Funny cause we had them, provided at the beginning of lease. Oh the moral of the story lol! Cheers...

Hang in there. Things sometimes have a way of working themselves out. I too hope it gets better for you sooner than later.😗

Did a little grocery shopping today. I didn't need a lot. Took doggie for a walk. She loves walks. I have got to get to that laundry soon. I've been putting that and other things off because I often feel lethargic. I wish there was a pill 💊 for that! Coffee doesn't help even though I like the taste of it.

Maybe once we start getting more sunshine that will help some. I hope 🤞.

The weather was nice today so I went for 2 walks
Vacuumed, washed floors
Brought in wood and cleaned around the wood stove . My man has put his back out so I wanted to help him some.
Put the 1st 2 cupboard doors up to see how they looked and like them.
Did laundry
Sorry your guy hurt his back. Is he using ice packs on it? That's what I do and it helps a lot. You sure did a whole lot! I hope to get half of that done starting tomorrow.

Thanks. He takes Robaxicil(?)
uses voltarin (?) and a battery run muscle stimulator and is relaxing a bit more.
He was putting new grout between our tiles so a lot of bending.

I hope that helps him. Bending aggravates my back too. I have Robaxin muscle relaxers but they don't help me. Everyone uses what works for them though and I hope he recovers soon.

Feeling pretty good today. I was trying to decide whether to take my computer to be fixed today. I thought about the weather and we are supposed to get a lot of snow today and tomorrow. So I think I will wait until next week to take it in. I have no idea how long it will take to fix or if it's even fixable. If it's not fixable I will get a refurbished one.

Just had a turkey sandwich for lunch and it was pretty good. I've been eating mostly turkey lately for protein.

Well nothing much new here.

I'm glad you're feeling better, Ruthie. :) Good luck with your computer, I hope they can fix it and it's not too expensive.

Speaking of lunch, I made some egg salad. I always make it with Greek yogurt mixed with a little mayo, dill pickle, onion, and salt and pepper. I got it made, tasted it for seasoning, and noticed a slightly sweet taste. What the? 🤔 So, I look at the yogurt container, and it's vanilla-flavored, lol! 😆Obviously, I picked that up by mistake. I'm eating it anyway because I'm not going to ditch a half-dozen eggs. It's not too strongly flavored, so it's really not that bad.

That's the most exciting thing that's happened today. 🥴

I inadvertently substituted vanilla for plain yogurt, but in a creamed spinach casserole! Ack ! 😆. Not a dish you can just overlook the mistake !

I don't know that muscle relaxer. I told you the doctor put me on Zanaflex. It works well but can make you dizzy, prone to falls. I have learned to eat before I take it. I went for a follow up yesterday. She said this is actually one of the weaker medications. There are others that can cause more dizziness and falls, I don't know if I would every want to try those. The zanaflex is good for pain relief and sleep. I just need to make sure I eat before I take it.

Sorry you’re still dealing with computer issues…..are you still using your phone for posting…..the phones are so small, is it hard on your eyes.
I know I’ll probably pay for saying this…..I’ve never had any break downs on any of my computers, iPads, or laptops.
A couple of times, had Apple Care, take care of something on my desk top Mac.
So……now that I’ve said this…..watch for something to blow up….😬😉🤨☺️😳.

Thank you! I need luck with the computer 😃. I've also mistakingly put vanilla yogurt in things. I like vanilla yogurt by itself but not in a recipe. Well your day as about as exciting as mine 🤠

I'm glad the Zanaflex is working for you. I take a medicine that makes me somewhat dizzy too but it's not a muscle relaxer. I am very careful walking and maneuvering now.

I hope to take my computer in to the shop next week. I hope the bill won't be too high.

Yes I am using my phone. It's ok but I'd prefer using a computer 💻

Wow, that's amazing you never had any problems with your computer etc. I hope that continues for you 🙂
