Hey plumbers- gotta minute?

Starting several months ago the laundry drain has been backing up when the washer is draining. Here are pictures of the laundry piping layout:

Cleanout on the reverse side of the wall:

A drain for a sink Teed off from the 2" drain, originally for a sink, I'm using it for my water softener drain:

I have snaked each of these locations several times, for a while it seemed "fixed", but has reoccurred a couple times. I'm about ready to cut into the drywall to expose the pipes, maybe cut into the trap and see what's going on.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Probably a dumb one, but are you sure that there is enough space for the Grey water to drain into? Sometimes out on the farm our sewer line backs up, and we have to clear it.? :)

Have you tried snaking the vent pipe that goes thru the roof?
I'm glad you mentioned that, I did not, that's the one thing I held off from doing. I had thought of renting or even buying a power auger to snake that vent, like I had done about 20 years ago. I do have a 50 ft. snake cable I could use manually. I shall do that, when the weather quits being ugly.

I have not yet taken any action, the last several laundry loads have not caused a backup, which would come out through the sink arm(shown below)

I'll keep a eye on it(and a bucket under it) and just play it by ear. At some point I'll defiantly run the snake cable down the vent-line, just to cover that base.
