Dog sitting is fine. The money is swell. But there's nowhere I'd rather be than home.
Which makes me wonder...people who "love" to travel and are rarely home except long enough to do their laundry and then off again to the next faraway place with a strange-sounding name. Do they really not mind living out of a suitcase?
For those of you who travel a lot, do you take your own pillow along? Something from home that makes you feel comfortable?
Even in the days when I traveled for work, what I wanted most was to get through the assignment/meeting/conference/whatever and get back home, and it's not like I had to travel "steerage" or stay in budget hotels or watch the company's pennies at mealtimes.
