Oh, Happy Birthday!73rd Birthday today. Retired now for 12 years. I like it.
I was thinking this morning that we all had a personality adjustment and change when we started using computers/typing to talk with one another. Knowing that millions of people will see your message/social media. The person I was before the internet has changed to be a person that is talking to possibly thousands of people...and we all know it. Has that changed your personality? It has mine. Think about talking with people before the internet. Why is it so different now? I might have to ask AI!
Simple so residents can see the beach ….Why would being beachside affect whether houses are one or two story?
Two story homes are fairly common throughout the US, though I wouldn't live in one because I tend to stumble a bit - always have. Thanks for posting the photos — it's nice to have a mental image of where you live.
Its became a huge trend in the city now days ,( not even near beaches) due to housing blocks of land shrinking in size …..many blocks are now only 9 mtrs wide and an average 30 ~ 40 mtrs deep, with price tags starting at $350.000+ ….in working class areas, they can’t go wider ….so they build up ….
so if city dwellers want a larger home they need a 2 story …..
