My hubs has a dentist appointment today, I’m glad it’s him I hate going to the dentist , my B.P rises to over 200 …
at the mere thought of any appointments , and he’s so gentle
Might do food shopping after his appointment , we had a 1/2 of a sweet potato baked in the oven and topped with ham / cheese / asparagus / with a touch of tangy Greek yoghurt a couple of weeks ago ( served with crunchy mixed cabbage ~ purple / green ) , grated carrot
it was delicious

so I might get SP today to make it again tonite …I had intended cooking a full SP each but I’m glad I didn’t …it was sooo filling just having half a small one
