I'm good this morning. No headache. I ate just the right amount of chocolate last night. Not too much.

And the rain has started! It's still dark so I can't see it. Reminds me of when we lived out West. Whenever it rained, we'd all stop what we were doing and rush to the windows to watch it.

It's gone. The rain is gone. We got less than a tenth of an inch .

There's a pot of chicken noodle soup on the stove.

Better hand washing. I have a bidet for cleaning...does a good job. I see my primary next week. Going to chat with her

Ask her about using some ******l estradiol cream....it tends to help w/our later in life female problems.
