How are you today?

The sun is out, and it's gonna be a bit warmer today...maybe as warm as 50F. Yippee. That good news and the fact that I'm dressed and have done my tidying up mean I'm fine today.

However...I am sort of getting cabin fever. No plans to go anywhere until tomorrow when the 🦅 :poop:. Haven't been outta the house since Saturday. Lemme out!

A GIANT hello to the 97% of awesome folks on here.
Hey, that's a wonderful, buoyant morning greeting, @Paulina.😊 Appreciated.

I woke up this morning (sort of), and a cup of coffee didn't quite do it. So I played a couple of good, lively tracks and danced a bit to shake my bones. That definitely worked! My best to everyone here.🤗

Doing alright so far today 😊 I rearranged the furniture in the living room this morning, really early. I feel like I'm in a new room now!😀

I'm tired though I didn't get much sleep. I will though! Eventually I will! I have more to do in the living room like vacuuming and dusting.

The only thing that gets me to dusting is thinking about how good the furniture polish smells! I really noticed the dust after I opened the blinds to let the sun in. I'll get to it.

It's a bit warmer today thank God. It's around 35 degrees outside. I'm still staying in...lol

well, that'll teach me.....groan.....hired a person off nextdoor
neighbor site to do some computer upgrades...talked like he
knew what he was doing, wrong, he left, or rather I told him
to leave, after about 2 hrs, and not one single thing was
completed of the 4 items I asked him to do....ah welll, takes
all kinds.....:censored::cry::poop:

Feeling perky after my second physio appointment. 90% of the pain was gone after the first session. Will have one more session just to make certain nothing is tightening up again.

Cold weather is reported to be moving in; in the meantime it’s well above normal. We’re on the edge of the atmospheric river in the west.

Next I went for a quick browse in a thrift store and found two jackets. I’ve been searching for ages. Maybe I should have just bought one, but couldn’t turn down a Tommy Bahama lightweight jacket for $12. Like new.

Today was a good day. Tai Chi class and a 1-2-1 left me tired but chilled.
Finally got Probate sorted for Mum's Estate. Can pay her outstanding bills now and distribute the money she left in her Will to our three children. Just need to sell her flat now and we're done! Only taken 5 months which isn't bad apparently!

There's been some rain here out near the high mountains, but hasn't seemed like an atmospheric river yet.

Congratulations on getting that bargain jacket, Jules.

I was very sleepy at the start of the day, having woken way too early. But I'm beginning to feel better now as the day moves forward. The headache pill I took this morning has worked and I'm grateful for that.

I've done journals, exercises & stretches, first dog walk and breakfast and am now looking down the barrel of the second dog walk, which won't be too bad, really. It's warmer today at 39F/3.8C with a real feel of 42F/5.5C.

Hope everyone is staying warm. 🤗

Edit: typo.

Bad start. Mrs Oy was up during the night up-chucking! She's poorly - I think it's the Noravirus that's going around. That leaves just me who hasn't had it yet in the family we see on a regular basis.

Tai-Chi class this morning and boy was it a toughie! Lots of slowmo kicking drills. I think he does this on purpose when he knows that most of the class won't practice now until classes resume in January. I'll be doing at least a couple of session per week in the local park - cos I'm a dedicated nutcase haha!

Eldest daughter (The Oyling) is coming home on Friday for a week. WoooHoooo!
