It’s sunny, I have a new supply of sunscreen that I’m going to slap on prior to my morning walk. I’ll take my cart and pick up a gallon milk and some strawberries. This is good. Finishing up cleaning the windows can wait. It’s a high of 25/80.

I'm waiting for maintenance to fix the kitchen drain pipes. I have done it before and tried fixing it again and it didn't seem the same so I had to call them.

Just relaxing watching Friends tv show. I may watch a movie later. Oh yeah, I'm waiting for a food delivery too I ordered a little watermelon . I have such a taste for fruit lately!

It looks sunny outside but I haven't been out there yet.

I remember, as a little girl, my mom going to the Asian market in our California town. I don’t remember much about what they stocked, but I do remember the kind oriental gentleman who always had a almond cookie ready for me.

There were - they had some in the frozen foods area.
This store primarily carries Korean and Japanese foods, many of which are imports. Also good quality produce, some of which I can't get elsewhere because it's mostly used in K & J cooking. A couple of times I year I hit a very small Vietnamese grocer, as well.

I need to get on this as well... or get it on me. I have sun block, in spray form even, waiting on the table and I've been neglecting to put it on before the dog walks, so far. I do this every summer and I know if I push it too far I'm going to end up with a burn that will last for months and which will make me feel stupid because it would have been so easy to spray a little sun block on.

I've been out killing weeds. My neck hurts more today than usual so I gave up the gardening stuff.

DD and DSIL are going out for breakfast. I'm not going because...I don't feel like it. So there.

The Mother's Day fairy was here. Enough chocolate to last a couple of weeks, at least and a gift card to the garden center. The gift card has already been spent. I'm working on the chocolate.

Early MD gifts were 20 pentas and a mandevilla last week. They've already been planted, of course.

The rest of the weeding has to wait until tomorrow because my neck isn't feeling any better. I used Bio-Freeze on it...so yanno it was hurting pretty bad. Hasn't touched the pain, dammit. I have low-dose tizanidine, but I really don't like taking any more meds than I already do. (JFTR, I don't mind suffering in silence as long as everybody knows I'm suffering. LOL)
