How do you pull a baby elephant out of a deep hole?

A rope and a Land Rover.




"A team of conservationists from the Kenya-based Amboseli Trust for Elephants received a call of a baby elephant
that had fallen into a well.

The hole was too deep for the eight-month-old calf to climb out of on its own, and its mother was unable to help."

What a wonderful story and a happy ending for the little baby elephant who was safely reunited with his mother.

(This happened way back in 2012 and has only just come to our attention)

That was amazing. The hardest part was moving mum away so that they could get a rope under the baby.

I did get a yellow warning from McAfee because of some advertising on the page but I took a chance.
It seems pretty harmless.

It was an amazing rescue.

Sorry to hear you got a warning from McAfee.

We also use their protection and I did not receive any warning.

It could be that we also have AdBlock software on board and that stopped the warning.

Protection is very important.
