My brother was married to a woman (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) who used sexual accusations when angry. He had a porn addiction. When she initially found out, she took her revenge by coaching my then three year old niece to tell the doctor that "Daddy hurt me down there" and that took a couple of months for CPS to investigate and find false (helped that the pediatrician didn't buy the story). Learned from that experience that it's not uncommon for a certain type of vengeful woman to weaponize CPS when angry at fathers.
They eventually went to therapy and stayed together; male therapist told my brother that the marriage would end if he ever got back into porn. About seven years later, my brother relapsed with porn and she accused him of raping her then stalking her after he moved out. This time they did divorce and the judge didn't buy the story. I think that people in CPS and the court system have seen enough NPD to catch on quickly to their games.
