Morning friends.....well I woke at 430, or is it 530??? HAHA...
I just love it NOT!!! this left eye is bugging the heck out of me...
Call a pharmacy for recommendation of something over the
counter for reducing itchy and pain, they recommended one
then said they did'nt have it in stock?!?! But got the doc at
11am today. hopefully he can do something....I get this
aggravation about 1 time a year or so....but what the heck....
it is 38F deg out there, brrrrrr...only up to 45F later today, so
will get chilly ......no other big plans...so behave and have
a great Monday!!!! ;):p:love::coffee::devilish::geek:
 

I'm up, and just relaxing with a delicious cuppa of Pumpkin Spice coffee! Yummmm!!!!!

It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day! I'll be spending it in town with my Mom. First, she has an appointment to get a light replaced on her car.....that should take a while 5 minutes. 😉 Then we'll get into mischief for a little while (maybe grab something quick to eat), until it's time to take her to her Eye Doctor's appointment....unfortunately, that usually takes a few hours.

I don't expect to be home until late afternoon. Since it gets dark so early now, the best part of the day will be mostly over. I'm planning on staying outside as long as I can!

I sometimes get that eye itch too. It's been awhile, so I don't remember what they gave me for it, but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone!
 
Boy I am suddenly, but expectedly, nervous as he&&, and
I know its from the new powder nebulyzer meds I' m using
now....so shaky I could barely get the glue on my dentures...LOL
picture that, shaking like a leaf in a 35mph wind and trying to
get that pink just in a 1/4 inch slot!@@@@ And the day
is just getting started///!!!!!o_O😭🤬🥴
 
Good morning to everyone.

Yesterday I almost burned down our home. I was baking some potatoes for my husband and when I went to check them, somehow I dropped the hot pad into the oven and didn't notice. When I went to take out the potatoes a few minutes later, there was the hot pad at the bottom of the oven. I grabbed it and it was only scorched a little but it set off the fire alarm. I was so thankful I caught it in time. I must be more careful.

In your opinion ...which is better, Jimmy's or Subway?
I always eat Subway because it's close by, but Jimmy John's has been looking tasty lately.
 
So I'm back on this legal insurance roundabout with calls and emails coming in from everywhere about this latest accident. This morning the woman who called from the legal office said these injury claims can take anything from 8 months to 3 years... :eek:


Now given that I'm still dealing with the legal eagles with regard to my car which was written off in July , and they are 2 seperate Insurance companies..I'm going to have to be very careful I don't get the 2 mixed up

This last 18 months has been nothing but Lawyers, and officialdom.... every day, no break from it aside from Sundays...

first was the bloody battle with my now X husband.... all through the divorce courts ..just 6 weeks after that came to an end, my car was written off, and I was back on the lawyers carousel .. and here I am again..not satisfied with just one lawyer, one legal company , one insurance company.. and all their forms to be filled in and dealings..I clearly would enjoy dealing with yet another with all their individual legal departments, ....at least someone above seems to think so...

further to all of that, I'm dealing with the rental car company as well

ETA....I;m also dealing with all of this literally one handed...

Welp, made it thru doc's office....one covid shot, RSV shot
at pharmacy tomorrow...weight 180, same height as ever I guess...lol...he ordered a script for my eye business, possible infection, but hard to say at this point, I freaked him out when
I told him about my auditory issue with hearing, all the songs
you know, he did some search on ai sight and one possible is
the use of benedryl, which I've used as sleep and alleriges, so
it is possible I'm getting too much of it....so got to go to pharm tomorrow to pick up scripts and get rsv vaccine....got an apprt for may 6, so winter is time off for docs and to that
I say YAY YAY YAY>........:p:cool::LOL:😇☠️

I'm assuming it's a typo .. you said you had your RSV shot - so, don't get it again tomorrow!

well, if you like tuna sandwiches i prefer jimmy john's. however the bmt at subway is my favorite but, ours is very chincy with the lettuce, mayo and black olives. however they're bread is better. jimmy john's has the vito and it's not the same as the bmt and i don't see any place to customize the sandwich so... *shrugs*

are you overdosing on benadryl? or just that sensative to it?
 
groceries were all in individual bags today. i hate when they do that. it's unnecessary.

major dusting is done. i'll have to go around with the furniture polish later and touch up some stuff that needs it. i rarely have energy to clean so i'm working on a way to manage that better. baby steps are better than no steps.

had my lunch. well half of it anyway. will eat the other half later. i got some nice jergens lotion that is called lavender dreams. they also have a vanilla lotion. another one called amber. not sure what scent that is.

i have a book coming from james patterson and dolly parton called run rose run i think. large print.

i have a couple pairs of jeans coming and a t-shirt with an xbox controller on it. i have one more t-shirt and the non-slip socks to order when it gets a little closer to vacation.

i have some stuff coming saturday from amazon as well. cpap parts and another portable nebulizer. i generally don't buy this much stuff but i needed some things this month.

@Fritz, in Canada single use plastic grocery bags like that are banned. You simply can't get them anywhere.
If you need bags at the store, you pay for what is usually a store branded cloth type bag. Not sure what happens when you use a store delivery app to order. I suppose they charge you for as many bags as they feel they must use? Not sure it really has a positive effect on the evironment or not :unsure:

aldi's charges for bags through delivery but not sure how much. i don't have a car so not really any choice but i think they need to stop that. that's nonsense.

i was taking benadryl and one of my anxiety meds had benadryl in it too.
