I am very strict on my diet as I have some big goals. Ai keeps telling me to add some fruits.

So I had my first serving of frozen assorted berries for breakfast. Planning to do this once or twice a week.

Need to make sure the body doesn't start craving sugars again.

@holly,,,,Sorry about that.... Where Mac's front legs go through.
He comes out of sweaters ripping & pulling.

Thanks, Starsong for that!

Put on his zip doggy coat last night,,, he started growling at me.
Told him that wasn't nice,,he night not live another night.
Must have understood the tone of my voice.

Have dressed in Car-hard-overalls,, some one called for wood.
Its someone who works on hubby's trucks.

He just bought new battiers for the backhoe.
It still isn't turning over like it should,,,,perhaps the starter may need replaced?

It's racing towards 7.15pmpm now.. dark of course.

Itook delivery of the new hardback which is the Andrew Lowrie .. book ''Entitled'' the Rise and fall of the house of York... and it's clearly been used rather than new, so I've just been chatting with Amazon about getting a replacement and they're sending me a new one out tomorrow.

The £30 they gave me the other day on a gift card ..I've spent already..I got a new stepstool...some surgical dressings.. and this book.... but now I'll have to wait until tomorrow for the replacement, altho' they don't want this one I have here, back....

In the meantime this afternoon I've also been repairing the Venetian Window blind Tilt wand here in the office room, it had sheared off at the tip where it joins the blind tiwst connection.. so I had to repair that today.. hopefully that will last for a while

I also had to order a a new office chair... the one I have now I've had for 7 years , it's still in great condition but the hydraulic gas lift cylinder doesn't work any more.. I tried just using thicker cushions to sit on but they kept sliding off... and I'm sitting so low to the floor, I'm having to stretch up to see the computer. Just replacing the Cylinder , will cost £40, plus a lot of hassle for me to try and refit it myself.. so I just bought a new chair.. which only cost £55... ..this is where I miss having my X around he would have fixed it in minutes...

This is the one I currently have...

I'll donate this chair, someone will, find a use for it or replace the Gas lift cylinder..

..this is the one I've just bought ( not I hasten to add, from Amazon)

Yesterday, Saturday 2/7, spent 1pm to 8:30pm at the San Jose Superbowl Superfest event that was packed with people, especially early in the evening. Blocks and blocks of booths including much football stuff for kids. Danced to a lot of different live music. Was up till 1:30am but still awoke at 6:30am so went to a 7am mass. Not surprisingly given distance, far more Seahawk fans down here that Patriot fans. Lots of media people including some with broadcasting cameras about. Had 4 outdoor live music stages plus a couple EDM stages and more in some of the clubs.

More starts today in about an hour until the 3:30pm PST Superbowl kickoff. Numbers of big screens in sports bars all over that area, so will check that out in an hour.
