We might have...hard to tell through the clouds and fog. We've got one of those moons too! Anyone else got one?

Pepper, do not give up. There must be a way for you to get transportation in that city. I have to think on this and will try to research it. Whatever you do, do not let the hat thing affect you. Can you invite your grandson to your apartment so instead of you having to travel to him he can be brought to your home?Uber would be $150 each way compared to $3.
I'm really worried. I'm having a breakdown. I can't stop shaking. I can't leave my apt. ever again. I can't see my grandson anymore. I can't stop shaking and crying KI wan t o not life anymore.

I tell her nothing. We speak through my son. This is the way she wants it, not me. We never speak. I've known her since 2008. A couple of years after knowing her well, and they were on the brink of becoming engaged I asked her to go clothes shopping with me. The look of fear that formed on her face! She told me to go shopping with my son.I'd let her know that was cruel. Maybe even unforgivable.
Did you tell her that? (Does she even care?)
edit: "My DIL definitely should know this."
Ok, so maybe she doesn't know, and you need to tell her. Is that a problem? You can tell her, right?

On the topic of 'crisis', Rose, I'm seeing on TV news this morning some visuals revealing how storms have wreaked some severe havoc in New England. How are you doing in that respect, in Connecticut?Crises hotline
call or text the numbers 9-8-8.
We're ok here so far, thanks. We've had 2 snowstorms; one rather large and another pretty small, but icy. Lots of rain! But thankfully my area was not hit bad. It may snow Sunday, we'll see. Yesterday it was in the 50's.On the topic of 'crisis', Rose, I'm seeing on TV news this morning some visuals revealing how storms have wreaked some severe havoc in New England. Your poor ribs, Star. Here...try this. Slather on and marinate for 30 minutes. Should help.I went to the Aldi and my produce store this morning to replenish fruits, veggies, etc. It's a gorgeous day - high of 73.
The next few days are supposed to be in the high 70s, but starting Wednesday night the forecast shows eight solid days of rain. That's A LOT of rain for So Cal. Hoping some of the storms disintegrate or shift direction en route so we don't have flooding.
Lately I've been getting to some deeper cleaning around the house after about an hour per day my ribs and back start complaining too loudly to ignore.
There are always little chores and food prep to keep me out of mischief though. Not that I'm one to avoid a little mischief when opportunities present themselves...
