I’ve been challenging myself to replicate some moves of folks I’m following on Instagram, to maintain and increase my overall flexibility. I’m not doing too bad so far!
Gonna continue to update this thread as I find more ways to challenge myself.
First, squatting. The ideal way for maximum flexibility is to squat all the way down, keeping your heels in the floor. I did it!! I can’t maintain the position for long without losing my balance, but practice makes perfect!!
