How long to receive Medicare Part B after applying?

I applied for Part B online and received confirmation that my application was received. I did this on the SSA.gov site and provided all the required info. It has been 12 days and I have not received it. Neither SSA nor Medicare has been able to tell me how long it takes or when I will receive it,

I hope someone here can tell me their experience as to how long it took.
