How many people have you opened your door to today ?

None ever - except when they call in contractors for our condo. If someone actually knocks on our suite door, I am shocked and will probably not open the door unless my husband is at home with me. Any parcels are delivered to our Canada post mailbox in our building. We don't order from Amazon or anywhere like that.
 

None. We rarely get people knock on our door. We have a storm door and if a solicitor comes we only open the regular door and turn him down through the storm door. We installed it when we moved in 19 years ago because burglars were kicking in front doors. We figured they would skip the homes with two doors.

Oh absolutely no one. Theft and scams are a large part of my community, and I recently heard the news where this is happening throughout our country. We are so very blessed to have a truly ferocious dog for whom scares the absolute crap out of anyone for whom may approach our door. If our baby, our dog doesn't scare them enough, they can say hello to Mr. Glock. I couldn't be more sincere.

I don't mean to ignore anyone. Since I'm fairly new did I click the wrong button for some reason? Also, I've been asking forever now. How do I post a picture of a pretty cake or a balloon for a birthday like you do? So, so many beautiful pictures of cakes and all. How the heck do you do that?

Ignore question: Go to your account and click on Ignoring. There you will see which members are on your ignore list. To remove them, untick the box showing the members name.

Click insert image to insert a pic using the URL. Click Attach Files to upload a pic stored on your phone/computer.
 
I opened the door last week and it's costing us over $8000. Some extremely charming Hispanic people sold us a new roof. My heart is wide open to anyone with a Spanish accent these days.

ok... go to google or wherever you're taking a picture from... right clik on the image and click ''copy image link''...

In the reply box here on the forum... click on the box next to the smile face at the top... then click on the little chain link... it will open a box, so right click, your URL will go in there, and you then click Insert.. and it will post the picture in the box...

There is a no soliciting notice at the entrance to our neighborhood by management and only people who are supposed to come to your home, service people or relatives, close friends, etc.

Friend yesterday and management maintenance man giving out the July activities. Most do not ring the bell if I know they are coming and can be tracked online, I open the screen door to front porch area so they can set down the packages.
