How many sugars do you take?

As a young adult until I suffered an aneurysm at age 20 frequented coffee restaurants more than alcohol bars. Have not had any caffeinated drinks since much less any stimulants.

But consume enough sugar to balance all the rest of you. This last year have developed an excessive chocolate sweets habit.

I never use granulated sugars or artifical sweeteners, though I did many years ago. I really didn't make a conscious decision to stop using sugar, my diet simply evolved away from it.

I do use a bit of comb honey in my coffee, about half a teaspoon, so technically I am still using a sweetener.

I don't like sugar in coffee. Maybe a little if I make iced coffee. I use non dairy creamer and don't like the sweet ones.

Sugar foods, those I like.

None in coffee or tea. But occasionally we'll have cappuccinos or mochas as a splurge. And of course, Thai iced coffees or teas if we eat SE Asian food! One Thai restaurant out here makes a Thai iced coffee with coconut milk and it's fabulous!

I have never gotten into boba drinks, however. Like Starbucks coffee drinks, they're all too sweet and icky to me.
