How many times daily do you usually change your clothes lol

For me, I change my clothes mostly:

Morning upon rising up for the day.

Sometimes at noon due to where I am
likely going or where I am already at
connected to a work shift.

First thing when I get home and settled
in for the day or evening.

And at bedtime..

Or as needed...

SO I tend to change my clothes about 6 times daily.

Depends on whether I am going somewhere. If I'm staying home, I usually have the same clothes on at the end of the day as when I started the day.

If I'm going out, I'll gussy up a bit and then change back into comfortable clothes (i.e., those that don't have tight waists, which most of my pants do these days) as soon as I get back home.

So, I'll have to say twice a day at most.

RE: Post #2: If I changed clothes 6 times a day, I might not get much else done. :D
In the morning, I dress in clean but old clothes I normally wear only around the house. They will do for going out on a quick trip to the store or post office. If I'm going somewhere special, I change into better clothes. I don't wear night clothes unless it's very cold in winter.

I do exactly the same.

Several times daily.

I sleep naked, so I put on PJs when I first get up. Have my coffee, check my socials, deal with the dogs.

Then I shower and put on my work clothes for the day. Soon as I get home from work I change into my PJs.

Weekends might be more a more frequent change. Naked to PJs to work around the house/garden clothes, to running errands clothes, to going out for dinner clothes, to PJs to naked for bed.

Acceptable clothes at home. If I’m going to an appointment, a meal out, or something a little more special, I’ll change in the middle of the day. As soon as I get home, I’m back into my acceptable clothes. By 7 PM, I’m in my nightie and housecoat.

I don’t know why I protect my going-out clothes. There’s no real need to change them when I get home. I have more of these better clothes than I can ever wear.

How often I change clothes depends on what I am doing. Painting a room requires a change of clothing. Taking a lady out for lunch is another change. Even grocery shopping may require a nicer shirt or pants since I do not like to go out in public looking like a slob. Exercising is another change.

I wonder how I have time to do anything else but change clothes.

It was drummed into us from a very young age to change out of our school cloth and hang them up when we got home.

I have home and away clothes.

My home clothes are mostly old rags stained with various cleaning products and are only seen by an extremely close circle of family and friends.

My away clothes are presentable for day to day errands and a couple ā€˜making an effort’ outfits for rare special occasions.

So the answer is 2-3 times each day.

I also tend to wear the same clothes until the hours that I wear them add up to an entire day, which in my case could a be a week for the same away from home outfit.

The good news is that nobody looks at me and nobody has gotten close enough to give me a good sniff in over twenty years. šŸ˜‰šŸ¤šŸ˜‚

I hate doing laundry, and I have this cool-looking thing called apron. I made it myself from a pair of welder's bib-overalls my son gave me (he's a journeyman welder). It's black, has several pockets, and comes down to my knees. It keeps my clothes clean while I cook and bake, work outside, and do projects in my shop.

So anyway, except when Meesh and I go out, whatever I put on in the morning stays on until bedtime, usually for 2 or 3 days in a row, when I dress down for a shower. The only clothing I change every single day is my briefs and my socks; simplified because I don't wear any of those during the night, while I sleep. I'll sleep with a fresh pair of socks on when it's really cold, though.

I wear comfy clothes all the time now, so I don't need to change clothes like when I'd get home from work in the old days.

I don't have a barn or farm animals anymore, so I don't have to change to or from barn clothes anymore.

So nowadays I change from PJs to yesterday's-clothes when I get up in the morning, and then later (before I go anywhere) after my shower I'll change to fresh clothes (unless I showered right before bedtime the night before), then back into PJs at night.

If I go to an activity I want to dress up for (not often!) I'll change to a nicer shirt and then back to my usual t-shirt / sweatshirt when I get home.

In the cold miserable wintertime if I'm not going anywhere, sometimes I wear the same clothes two days in a row, tho I usually change undies and socks if I realize I'm not going to go anywhere (I almost always have the intention to shower and get out of the apartment, but sometimes feel too lazy).
