How much weight or you losing/gaining by staying home?

ggh! I had lost 13 pounds and have gained 7 of those back. :(
Sometimes we slip and have a heavy carb & salt day then weigh the following day. You can retain
5-lbs water weight easy. Its demoralizing. Do your water, no salt, low low carbs and re-weigh the next day. Hope I'm right? If not, get back at it. (y)

Well, sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn't I have found..... 🥴

have done little more than sleep, cook and eat since mid-March... i'm up 10 lbs. i'll be wide awake until 4 am or so. will sleep maybe 2 hours and feel like a million bucks. then it'll hit me and i'll be dead to the world on the couch for 4 hours or so and my sleep schedule is totally destroyed for yet another night.

I crept up several pounds between March and August. When I hit 150 I rebelled, and I’m back down now. 146 and as long as I maintain the range of 144-147 which is where I’ve been since 2013, down from 172, I’m happy.

And for me there’s an added incentive....I have to be able to fit into my dress for my wedding next month!! It’s a corset dress though, it laces up the back, so it’s pretty forgiving. Still I don’t want to gain beyond my range, for health reasons!!

I have gained two pounds over the last six months according to the Doctor that I saw yesterday. I have tended to stay between 158 and 165 pretty consistently for over 25 years. I think that is entirely the result of the "feeding plan" my wife has me on. Other than working out, I am not doing anything special.
My blood pressure yesterday was great at 120/78 and I have never had a reading that low when I am around the "white coats." This surprised me because I was not happy to be there getting another hormone shot for my prostrate cancer. I really, really miss my normal testosterone and I am not getting any of it back until around August 2021. I have "No Mojo" these days, but I do have "hot flashes."
