How Often Do You Eat Fish?

Tinned solid white tuna in water is safe for me. I have some fish allergies. Halibut is okay, as is Whitefish (I think that's what it was called. Had it in Oz). Mainly, I have a tuna sandwich about once a week.

Usually about two or three times a week. I eat tuna and right now I'm into fish sticks. I hate to cook, so those are my easiest options. I'm not into fresh salmon but I do have salmon burgers here. Haven't had one in awhile though.

Tuna (has to be Bumble Bee solid white in water) a couple of times a week. Usually in sandwiches, but sometimes hot with pasta, peas and cream sauce.

Shrimp about once a month with rice and veggies.

We eat fish perhaps once or twice a week.....However, we eat fresh caught local fish....primarily Walleye and Catfish. One of our daughters and Son-in-Laws live on the Lake of the Ozarks, and he is an avid fisherman. He keeps plenty in the freezer, and we always get as much as we want when we visit. We also like to eat shrimp, and have plenty every time we eat at the casino.

Store and restaurant fish is somewhat "iffy"...especially with the increase in Tilapia gaining popularity...much of which is not labeled as such, and is grown in little more than sewage pits in SE Asia.

We eat it about once a week. I'd have it more often but my hubby doesn't care for fish. I make myself tuna salad for lunch sometimes also.
Don M. I saw videos of those places where they raise Tilapia and I was completely turned off.
Farmed raised fish isn't much better. Those pellets they feed the fish contains ingredients I'd rather not talk about.
You are very lucky to have a fresh supply for your freezer.

Two or three times a week. My wife is a superb cook and works wonders with Salmon, Sea Bass, and Scallops which are my favorites.
… well actually she also works wonders with beef, chicken and pork. I am pretty well fed at home and we have very few restaurants in the area that can match her. ….. oh yes, she is a keeper.

We eat fish two or three times a week. Once a week we've been having oven grilled Norwegian salmon, they we may have tuna salad, and we regularly have lox (smoked salmon) with onion and Philadelphia cream cheese on bagels. We also eat Honey Smoked Salmon, I have some in the fridge right now.

Cooked salmon for me once a week, rotating on and off with frozen cod or halibut....I can't eat tuna without making it a cold salad with noodles, mayo and cut veggies....it disagrees with my gut.
