“The suspect said he believed because of the 'violent reaction' he had after smoking the drug, he was sold the wrong narcotic," the sheriff's office explained in a Facebook post, which has since gone viral with more than 54,000 shares as of Thursday evening.

Deputies said Kelly made the request because he wanted to “press charges” against the person who sold him the "wrong narcotic.”
The sheriff’s office said deputies told Kelly they could test the drug if he went to the sheriff’s office. He followed their advice and drove to the station, dropping off a "crystal-like substance" wrapped in foil.

After field testing, authorities determined the sample was, in fact, meth.
Kelly was then arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. He was being held at Putnam County Jail on $5,000 bond before being released on Wednesday night.

The guess the guy never watched Judge Judy.

This guy even looks stupid. He has probably already blown out his mind on the stuff.

Reminds me of an episode of Cops from a few years back where one guy wanted to press charges on another guy for stealing his illegal drugs. The cops kept asking him "Are you sure that's what you want to do"?

When I first went to work for the treasury, I was a Revenue Officer, I stopped by a store to buy something, and I was telling this woman, who owned the store, how nice looking the store was, she asked me if I wanted to buy it, I asked her how much income the store made each year, she told me the store made such, and such, but she only reported half of what she made to the I.R.S.

Reminds me of when I worked as a claim adjuster for an auto and home insurance company.

Lady calls in- "I hit a tree, but my husband said to tell you a deer hit my car".

Judge Judy often refers to the 'clean hands' rule - you can't see someone for something they did to you while you were committing a crime...or something along those lines.

Like if you break into someone's house and they hit you over the head, can you sue for assault? Uh..... probably not.
