How to decorate a 350 sq ft apartment?

Yes, this! I had one just like it years ago (mine was dark wood), and it was so convenient. Wish I still had it.
That’s very lovely. Unfortunately- I am way too big of a girl to fit in that chair!!!

when I was a kid we had this folding leaf dining table and 6 matching leatherette chairs....

..and these exact same chairs...

..I've just looked them up and found them on Ebay.. and the table alone is going for upwards of £500.. as a Mid century antique..

Anyway folding table are very en vogue at the moment because houses are being built smaller and smaller.. and because they're back in fashion, some are extremely expensive..

Suggest you check out the powered theater chairs w/headrest and tray tables. We have two of them and thy are both space conscious and wonderfully comfortable - our son is a big guy and when he visits, he often spends most of the night sleeping in one...lol.

I am sitting in mine right now - using the tray table - its a must, and the side arm offers great stowage for books, magazines, napkins, etc. - lots of different styles, too:

Liberty!!! Where can I find this? Amazon? Going to look now. My gosh that is so nice as I still do a little online work but grow weary sitting on that hard desk chair. This is perfect. You guys are really helping me tremendously. Thank you

There are online stores located in the LA area that ship to you - you can get the "white glove" delivery treatment for 20 bucks or something - they set up the chair for you (although its easy to plug in) there are lights across the bottom and on the cup stowage areas that show how to move the headrests and reclining features.

We've had our chairs for about 6 years or so and love them. We easily eat dinner in them more then we ever thought! I can help you- point you in the right direction, if you want me to - to find just what you want.

How sweet! I looked at Amazon’s but yours looks a bit more comfy. Would love the website. I plan to buy a recliner for sure. Nothing too expensive though

We bought our chairs from the theater seat store - guessing they may be more pricier than you want, maybe Amazon has something similar. We got full grain leather which is always more than fabric or bonded leather. Know you would really enjoy the chair though. https://www.theaterseatstore.com/br...rd=movie+theatre+chairs&matchtype=p&network=g

Here's another site that the goofy bow tie guy is showing you the accessories operation:

Much appreciated!

Thanks Sassy. That’s a wonderful idea - I just find them so uncomfortable-but maybe I need to look around more. Something easy to put away too. Not sure! I’ll look around!
I just started reading your thread, so I have not read many posts yet, but I thought, near the beginning, that a day bed would usually be far more comfortable than any of the fold-up ones are.
A day bed, would be covered with a nice cover and decorative pillows, during the day, and serve as a sofa.

Also consider a couple of useful shelves to use to divide the space, so it isn't so squarish. They might set back-to-back, with ends against the wall, or possibly one after the other, each facing the opposite direction, perhaps.

Any type of mirror, or a light background picture, would help the space not seem so small, as well.

No, I’ll wait till I move and will order it once I’m there
Might be a good idea to find a store that carries it and go try sitting in it to make sure it fits. I think someday when I settle down I will buy bed mattress and recliner from a store I can go try furniture out. But, on the other hand, I once bought a futon after trying sitting on all the ones at a store and picking my favorite, and in spite of that I eventually decided I picked too firm of one. I think the firmness felt good when I was tired from shopping, but not comfy when relaxing at home.

Thanks Honey. Bed, mattress and recliner is what I need! Mattresses come in a box now and I don’t like that so buying from a store at least it won’t be those boxed up things

If a bed turns out to be too firm, they sell many wonderful mattress toppers, memory foam or other types of pads are readily and widely available, that will make any mattress comfy for anyone, in my opinion. They come various thicknesses and their own firmness levels, too.

I actually wondered about what I would do if it’s too hard. I’ll get a mattress pad before the bed comes. Just gave my chest freezer away. I found a small apartment size freezer that would be better in a studio apartment. Chest is 5.5 cubics the ones online are 1.2. I will get two of those. Does that make sense?

This is everything! Everything!!!!! I love this so much! You have my respect 🫡. Wow! It’s beautiful. Look at that beautiful wood and that outdoor space. This is what I know is for me! Getting rid of bloat and making life comfortable in a small space. If I had money, I would have chosen a larger apartment to live in, but my area is extremely nice, safe and convenient so I decided to get a studio there instead of in a place I don’t want to ge just to gain more space for more “stuff”. Your place check all the boxes and I am so happy that you shared this today. Thank you! You managed to get a beautiful table and dining benches, bookcase with lots of books, and a recliner, tv, lamp and table!!! THANK YOU! ❤️
