That's an interesting list, Meanderer.

At first glance I didn't find it appealing e.g. Push the limits of your body because I'm a bit of a couch potato but then I realised that the advice is very sound and this is something I need to focus on. A lot of the other exercises I already do e.g. 2. 6. 9. 11. 14. 17. 18 and 20.
