There are different types of Southern accents.

Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama all have distinctly different accents just like Minesooooota, Wiscaaaaanson & Chicaaaaaa-goooo in the Midwest are all different & New Yawk, Bahhhston & Noo Joisey are all different in the NE.
