How would you reply? read below.

About the coffee-throwing incident, this happened in the Pentagon?! Good grief, she could have started WW3!

More seriously, I presume the coffee wasn't hot. You could have been seriously burned. Even if it wasn't, it sounds to me like she committed assault against you. What is there to laugh at? I would have notified the police. Her next "acting out" rage could be worse than throwing lukewarm coffee at someone. At best, this could be the way a jealous 5-year-old might act. People don't have the right to throw anything at each other, except maybe in self-defense.

P.S. How do you get coffee stains out of a white dress? I'm curious.

People who are beneath you see you as a threat and try to tear you down while people who are more successful than you tend to try and pull you up.

Once I started working in a better environment with people who were equally as intelligent and better educated, I met people who better appreciated who I was. That's when I no longer ran onto the jealous types.

The shoe was on the other foot in high school. At a baseball game I was not being nice to another girl in the bleachers. I didn't say, " I don't like you" but it was obvious by my snotty behavior.
She turned to me point blank
and said, "I don't know why you don't like me. I'm a nice person."
Well, she was a nice person but I was jealous. She started dating a boy I really liked. She beat me to the punch because I was so shy.
Sometimes the why is the important part.

No, I didn't recognize her.

I think it was purely, a momentary impulse and we could all see that. That's why we all gasped and then laughed. I couldn't be mad it her.

I did have to go to the restroom, take it off, rinse out all the coffee, and dry it under the hand dryer,
Bless your heart! You have a good attitude. I wish I could be more like that.
