Huge foot and a half long "shrimplike thing" caught by fisherman !

A man fishing from a dock in florida caught an unidentified creature that looked like an enormous shrimp, but it was way too big for any shrimp known to scientists, and was over a foot and a half long.
Another person who was also fishing there took pictures, posted them online, and the story went viral.
scientists think the creature may be an unknown variety of mantis shrimp, which is actually not a shrimp at all, but is more closely related to a lobster.

It is amazing the creatures that we are still discovering now. Some of them are creatures that we know existed in the distant past; but have thought them to me extinct for thousands of years, like the coelacanth . (not sure of exact spelling)
Things like this make me think that it is still possible for us to have some kind of a primitive humanoid living in the inaccessible mountains and forests of the world.
Almost every country has the old legends of man-like, ape-like creatures; so I believe they did exist at one time, and think that they could still be living in places where people don't (or can't) get to.
