Sounds like getting ready for bed completes a day of exercise.

I do totally useless activities to avoid this ritual behavior. Pc, watching
stupid TV programs, anything to avoid this required behavior.
Something is wrong with my brain, these drugs keep me alive and yet...
What is it, rebellious behavior, stupidity,...30+ years of ritual is a pain in the butt.
