I carry this around

I think this has gone off topic a little bit... OP says what do you carry around with the SOLE reason, you MIGHT need it one day...

Blimey, if I put everything down I take with me every time I go out we'd be hear reading it all day... :D

I have a small notebook with contact numbers that will be useful if I collapse suddenly and no-one knows me.
It will be very useful for the ambulance paramedics and the hospital emergency staff.
It also has a list of my current medications and a brief medical history.

I have done this ever since a lady had a stroke and I went with her in the ambulance. Her English was not good. She was Ukrainian and lived in a small unit behind our church. In her bag was such a notebook and we were able to contact her daughter and provide the ambulance crew with important information.
