Will these people ever become adults?

Lets hope, and I am sure they will, not all will turn into respected adults. I am sure we did things in our younger days drove our parents crazy... My biggest peeve is these boys and girls who wear their pants halfway between their waists and knee's, and if more knew what it meant, I sure they wouldn't want to do it...

...why people blindly trust Big Pharma. If you're making products that are beneficial to people, why are you the top lobbying industry to the tune of 4 billion bucks a year? Not meaning to get political with this. I truly fail to understand it, and I work in health care. Some of the wisest physicians I've worked with wait a few years after the latest and greatest new drug is released so they'll know if it's truly safe or not. Not to mention the paucity of vaccine safety studies.

How about guys in their 40's and 50's riding Harley's with open exhausts. Total as----es in my opinion, especially in quiet neighborhoods at 10 - 11 PM. I had cars with loud exhaust in my teens but had enough brain calls left, as I aged, to realize that everyone didn't appreciate by childish behavior.

I'm sure your loud exhaust didn't help save your life though.
Bikers have loud exhaust so people who can't see them just might hear them. Loud pipes saves lives.I'm no biker nor really know any but I do read.

removing the baffles on a Motorbike exhaust has no benefit for anyone much less the rider apart from making it louder and perhaps slightly faster.... it can seriously damage an engine ... . A motorbike exhaust system makes plenty enough noise for a pedestrain or other road users to hear without the rider removing the baffles/muffler!! It's done by those bike owners who are wearing a crash helmet not for safety but to preserve their one brain cell...

Their appearance doesn't bother me so much. But discovering their worldviews can be disturbing. Is it possible they are more naïve than I was at that age?

I've heard that explanation from bikers - to make sure people "hear them coming." I don't buy it. Whenever I hear a loud motorcycle roar, I can't tell where it's coming from & it's only startling - which IMO, is the purpose, besides getting attention.

These people see themselves as rebels...defying conventional society. Trouble is, there are so many of them, they are now considered the norm. I still think the worst 'fashion' is those dreadful leggings, especially when worn by fat women. Have they no self-respect?

The deliberately torn and sliced jeans, sometimes advertised as "destroyed" or "trashed" and sold new in that condition, always have me shaking my head, especially when you see them worn on national television. Exactly what statement are the wearers of such jeans making?

Guess I'm the odd one
I enjoy the rumble
The louder the better
But, my biker buds do take it to the extreme
When more'n a half dozen come up it's quite the disturbance
Wouldn't wanna hear it all the time

I can't wait until leggings go the way of other stupid clothing. Sorry. I sat through a half-hour discussion on leggings with my son's in-laws. I wanted to put ice picks through my ear drums and gouge out my eyes. As for some people wearing them, you are supposed to wear a long tunic to cover your private regions, but some of these girls wear them like jeans with a shirt tucked in. WTH?

Re: "Leggings worn by fat women." I get that one. There is an "Acceptance Movement" going on (for just about everything). Fat women who wear revealing clothing are making the statement: "I've accepted my size & I'm proud of how I look, so you have to accept it too."
