I feel like a wreck today,

got too many issues with pain, aches,copd, and just plain tired
of it all....I know folks have it worse, and I need to get my attitude
of gratitude running again, cause I have shifted it aside someway,,,,,
I guess getting this old is just hard on the old body and it is
rebelling big time this week....well that's enuff from me....carry on!!!!

Have you ever tried taking turmeric. It’s a powder that helps with inflammation. Less inflammation. Less pain.

you know..all of us here have various ailments, we're at that age. Some very much worse than others but all of us have something.. some pain, that plagues us... however suffering pain is bad enough without having to struggle for every breath.. so it must be so hard for you Hawkie... I wish I could wish you well...

Constant, unrelenting pain or aches are Very aggravating
