I keep hearing about 'Siri" and people's reliance on - it - she - him

How reliable is "Siri"?
I do not have this technology but I have been in a car which does have "Siri"
Both times when the driver asked for directions the most roundabout way was given.
Once we were sent in the opposite direction and one time we were sent on a one km circle when in fact only one left turn would have sufficed.

I very very rarely use Siri.
I use google maps for directions when on foot or when geocaching.
I use my vehicle's navigation system for driving directions..

I don't have Siri. But I do have a new tablet that I can talk to and ask about anything and you can have a conversation with it. I'm not sayin what it regurgitates is gospel, but it will sure get you thinkin'.

I use Siri every day..it's more reliable than Google Home nest...or Alexa... both of which I have... and use every day also... I use Siri as my alarm clock too

However I would never use Siri in the car..on the odd occasion I need directions ( I have an excellent sense of direction so rarely need it)...I use Waze...

Waze beats google maps, by giving up to the minute traffic notifications.. which google maps does not

I have Alexa at home. Don't use her for important stuff...just setting reminders and alarms
